The drug epidemic is alive and well, Bob said. Just because we always don't hear about doesn't mean that it has gone away. We have to keep talking about drug abuse, especially with our youth.
"It is never too young to talk to your kids about the effectsof alcohol and drugs," Bob said.
One major thing we found assists in educating our students about drugs and alochol is surrounding them with positive adults that can speak openily about the subject, Hinze said.
