Pull Yourself Out Of Tough Situations And Bad Habits - The Way Out Recovery SCV - March 11, 2019

I host a live on-air radio show at KHTS FM 98.1 & AM 1220 called The Way Out Recovery Hour each week and this week I was joined in studio by Alex Urbina, who is a life coach here in Santa Clarita.

We talked a lot about pulling yourself out of tough situations, and bad habits. Alex explains that any time anyone feels stuck and unable to move on or change, it always comes down to fear. People fear what may happen if they change, but aren’t happy with the present. It’s important to ask for help in those situations, and reach out to professionals who can help.

When it comes to growing, Alex also suggests that people let go of the past completely. He said to appreciate your experiences fully because they were teaching moments that encouraged growth, but then let them go.

At The Way Out Recovery, our mission is to provide high quality, effective treatment to those suffering from addictive disorders and related issues. Our goal is to assist adolescents, adults, and their loved ones in becoming happily and usefully whole.

When teens and their families come to us for help, we encourage everyone, including those family members to look deeply at themselves and see how each person can grow and change for the better.

We believe addictive disorders and related issues are stress induced and chronic. We believe that by teaching lifelong coping skills and strategies to those afflicted, along with their loved ones, we can assist them in improving their quality of life and living happily and meaningfully without the need of destructive behaviors

At The Way Out Recovery SCV drug rehab, we provide confidential family group counseling weekly, addressing family systems theory, healthy communication skills, conflict resolution, genetic components of addiction and supportive interactions.

We at The Way Out Recovery SCV are an intensive outpatient rehabilitation program that helps people recover from their addictions while still maintaining their daily responsibilities in life. We know one of the hardest steps is reaching out and asking for help, and we are here when you decide.
